word processor in which you can create and design documents such as
letters and memos. When creating documents, you can choose from a variety
of type sizes and fonts. You can edit documents, as well as enhance their
appearance. Finished documents can be printed in a variety of formats
including sending by fax (if you have the necessary software and
hardware). The documents you create are limited solely by your
imagination. Word provides numerous features that can improve a finished
document; for example, you can use the Spelling
& Grammar features to ensure that your document is free of spelling and grammatical
errors, Drawing Tools to enhance text, Tables for structure.
