Overview: This course is designed to provide individuals who are familiar with Microsoft Project 2000 with an in-depth view of the more sophisticated modelling and reporting features available. It covers the advanced functions and facilities available in Project for the management of complex projects customising the Project environment and communicating with other Windows applications.

This course is designed to illustrate the power and versatility of Project and how it can provide managers at all levels with valuable information on the status of their projects and resources.

Upon successful completion of this course, delegates should be able to:
