Project 2000 - Introduction

Course Length: Two Days
Fees: Training at Client Offices: One delegate: £495 per-day + VAT

Additional delegates attending: £100 each per-day + VAT

Overview: Project management involves defining, planning, managing, and closing a project. In order to achieve a successful outcome, it is critical that you complete all four phases. When you define a project, you state the overall objective, describe the desired outcome, and explain the scope of the project.

Planning a project involves identifying tasks and estimating the amount of time needed to perform each one. In addition, you need to list available resources and the costs associated with each one during the planning of a project. Once you have identified the tasks, resources, and costs, you can create a schedule. You can schedule tasks based on factors such as resource availability, time limitations, and the relationships between tasks.
