Overview: Microsoft Outlook is a comprehensive desktop information management program. You can use Outlook 2000 as a central inbox for all of your internal and external e-mail messaging systems. You can also use it to manage your contacts, to organise your calendar and scheduling, and to maintain a journal of your activities. Additionally, Outlook integrates a number of system management features that help you manage your files, folders, and system resources.
